                               RESOLUTION NO. 19530
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION TO AMEND RESOLUTION NO. 19423
                   ENCAPTIONED "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE
                   UNIVERSITY OF TENNESSEE TO USE TEMPORARILY
                   VINE STREET FROM A POINT 330 FEET SOUTHEAST
                   OF THE INTERSECTION OF DOUGLAS STREET AND
                   VINE STREET AND EXTENDING SOUTHEAST ALONG
                   VINE STREET SOME 590 FEET, UPON CERTAIN
                   CONDITIONS." SO AS TO INSERT A NEW CONDITION
                   NO. 1 AND A NEW AGREEMENT TO BE EXECUTED BY
                   THE UNIVERSITY OF TENNESSEE.
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Resolution No. 19423 encaptioned as
       set forth above be and the same is hereby amended by deleting
       condition no. 1 in its entirety and inserting a new condition no. 
1
       as follows:
                   (1)	The University Tennessee agrees to
                   execute the agreement attached hereto in favor
                   of the City of Chattanooga.
                  
       	    	 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That Resolution No. 19423 be and
       the same is hereby amended by deleting the Indemnification
       Agreement attached thereto and inserting a new agreement attached 

       hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
